Our Background

SimpriCity Construction Limited is a proudly wholly Ghanaian-owned limited liability construction company that is committed to excellence in offering high-end products and services in General Building Construction and General Civil Engineering. It was founded in 2014 and is headquartered in Accra. It is duly registered and incorporated under the Ministry of Roads and Highways Authority and the Ministry of Works and Housing. The group is made up of seasoned experts who have not less than at least 15 years of experience in construction and business management and is headed by an astute and seasoned entrepreneur, Mr Blessing Simpri. He resides as the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

We operate mainly in areas such as road construction, building construction, drain/gutter construction, road line marking, earthworks and equipment rentals. We also deal in the sales of Bitumen of all kinds.

​As a Company, we firmly believe that our policies should reflect the nature of our customers. We understand the requirements of the customers and blend them with our knowledge for optimal and consistent output. Our dedication to expert craftsmanship and outstanding employer relations has put us ahead of the rest since our inception.
